Greenfield opportunity

Being part of the founding team of a 250,000 m² DC before go-live is a once-in-a-career opportunity. I want to define processes and technology architecture from the ground up — not inherit someone else's compromises.

Scale that demands real expertise

H&M's Cheb facility will be the most automated DC in a global network. The complexity of WMS, sorters, conveyors, and real-time operations at this scale is exactly the problem space I've been building toward.

Bridge between OT and IT

My background spans both PLC/industrial systems and enterprise IT — I can speak to DC Operations and Business Tech in the same breath. That's rare, and it matters at a facility where both worlds must be perfectly aligned.
